Well to me its simple, you can't do it on your own you need a team. Now when I say A team I mean people that makes sense. Lately I've witness people team leads and in positions of power and they know nothing about that position. When doing thing like putting a team together we can't emotionally make these decisions because if we do we will find ourself in a awkward position.
